The accommodations were excellent and the logistics and tour management were very well organized. We have been on the tours and had many excellent guides - Hector is clearly among the very best.

What to Pack

Trip insurance is recommended for all travelers taking our adventure. The major credit cards usually have an ‘in house’ policy that will be more than enough to cover any medical or other emergencies, you may also be covered through your home insurance. Please note as well that when you do travel to Mexico, and you intend to use your credit card, you should call your bank and inform them that you will be travelling to mexico and give them the dates of which you will be traveling (the 1-800 number on the back of your card). Inquire about what type of insurance the card carries, or Canyon Travel recommends ‘Insure My Trip’. Follow the link below to complete your insurance registration through Insure My Trip.  Please feel free to call any of our Travel Concierges for further recommendations.
